These Terms govern your access to and use of Healthilyze’s lab management platform and mobile app. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Our mobile app allows patients to view their own reports, create new lab test requests, manage family members, addresses, and profiles securely.
Accounts and Access
- You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account, including management of family members and addresses in the mobile app.
- We use token-based authentication with session tracking; you agree not to circumvent security features or access others’ data without authorization.
Lab Workspaces
- The platform supports dedicated lab workspaces. Data created within a lab is accessible to authorized members of that lab based on their roles. Patients can only access their own data and reports.
- Admins may configure lab settings, catalogs, and integrations. You agree to use such features in compliance with applicable laws and policies.
User Content and Data
- You retain rights to the content you submit, including test requests, family member details, and addresses. You grant us a limited license to use it for operating and improving the services.
- You represent that you have the rights and permissions to upload any content (including prescription photos) and that it complies with law.
Payments and Third-Party Services
- Payments, if enabled, may be processed by third-party payment providers. They are responsible for handling sensitive payment information. The mobile app only integrates Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for notifications; no other third-party services are integrated.
- We’re not liable for third-party services; your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. For notifications, only Firebase is used.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system integrity or performance.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Security
We implement safeguards appropriate to the risk, including session validation, device metadata, and activity logging. You’re responsible for using secure networks and keeping devices and credentials safe.
Mobile App
The mobile app allows patients to view their own reports, create new lab test requests, manage family members, addresses, and profiles. The app may request permissions (e.g., camera, storage) for features like uploading prescription photos. You can manage permissions in your device settings; certain features may not work without them. Notifications and real-time updates are delivered only via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM); no other third-party integrations are present in the app.
Service Changes and Availability
We may add, modify, or discontinue features with or without notice. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or for other lawful reasons. You may stop using the services at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction specified in our policies or notices, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. We’ll provide notice of material changes through the app or other reasonable means.
